Children of all ages love to paint. The great thing about painting with children is that each painting is truly a work of art to them... even if you can't tell what it is. As with most children's crafts, painting is more about the process and the learning than it is about the product.
It's a great opportunity to teach children how to think their unique idea and use things you wouldn't normally think about painting with in their projects. Painting with children can also be a great way for them to experiment, learn cause and affect, learn about colors and how they mix. They can get their own experience and idea which is going to be very important to future school project in Canada or USA.
Painting opens up a world of color and communication for children, while providing them with a release of emotion. However, it is important to allow children the freedom to express their own creativity, without having any expectations. "Let Your Child's Creativity Shine !"
繪畫是打開小孩表達能力的開始，也是開啟兒童心靈之窗的鑰匙！尤其在這個多采多姿的世界裏，最重要的是讓他們無拘無束的學習自我情感創意表達。
對學生來說學習勇於實驗因果、提昇創造力、專注力及自我學習能力是非常種要的。特別是在北美學校的學習環境中，更需要具備有以上的基本條件，以便將來面對的激烈競爭。
本教室是一個專為本地學童們所設的美術教學環境，孩子們在這裡培養美感、培養思考及觀察的能力，並能將美學的經驗落實到學習生活中，且有助於將來學習其它大學課程和輕鬆完成北美多元化的學校課業創作。
兒童美術教學，不能用傳統填鴨式的教育方法，必須透過現代科學化的方式來引導孩子們表達屬於自己的創作，因此本教室特別投資電腦影像硬體和軟體設備來提升學童們學習興趣及效益。再加上黃老師精心設計的學習教案和運用個種不同的畫材，包括國畫和西畫的風格題材，都會讓學生們有機會的去學習和體驗。
繪畫對大多數的學生來說學習過程的收穫是遠超過完成後的成果，將美學的經驗落實到生活中，是我們的目標也是未來的趨勢。
